Leveraging proprietary technology, the EZ-RO 375/5G-BL system uses Reverse Osmosis (RO) to reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS); it provides up to 375 gal/day and includes a 5-gallon hydropneumatic tank. Blending and remineralization allow you to control TDS.

Shipping & Returns
For all US orders, we ship using UPS Courier, which is a proven carrier ensuring prompt and reliable delivery.
After you add all your items to the shopping cart, you will be able to select your state to calculate your shipping costs. And remember, when your order exceeds $150, shipping is free.
Here are the delivery prices based to the US. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Note: If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us for a quote on delivery. We regret that we do not ship to Puerto Rico.
When will my order arrive?
The arrival date of your order depends on: 1) the day your order was processed and 2) your location. All orders within the Continental U.S.A. are shipped via UPS Ground. Our goal is to ship all orders, received by 2:30 PM EST, that day. Delivery times range from 3 days to 6 business days depending on your location in the U.S.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you the UPS Tracking #.
You can track the status of your order from the UPS.Com website by using the tracking #. If your order has not been delivered by the anticipated arrival date, please contact us with your Order Confirmation Number and we will be happy to trace your package.
Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your efilters.net order and service and we guarantee your satisfaction. The Everpure Heads come with a five year warranty against factory defect, while the cartridges have a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Purchase our products today risk-free.
If you wish to return your order within 30 days, you will receive a full product purchase refund only, less any shipping charges, customs fees, brokerage fees and taxes on those items that we incur on either the initial sale or the return shipment. The returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
If you have a defective Product, please contact us via email, (info@efilters.net) describing the problem and provide the production code from the defective item (a small stamp on the label up near the top (ie. 2B3461). We may ask you to hold onto the defective item for six (6) weeks in case the manufacturer wants it returned to them.
We will contact you with a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and details for shipment to us.
Please include in your package:
- The returned item(s) in their original condition and packaging
- Your Name, address and telephone number
- The RGA # return authorization number
Please specify if you would like a refund or exchange.

If you have made an ordering boo-boo, please connect with us within 30 days of your purchase. We will gladly make an exchange for you. We will provide you with a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and details for shipment to us. We will require you to return the original product in its original condition and packaging, freight prepaid.
Warranty Claims: Everpure Heads & Manifolds come with a five-year manufacturer’s warranty against factory defects; the replacement cartridges have a one-year warranty.
If you wish to return your order due to a warranty issue, please contact us within 30 days. Please describe the problem and provide the production code from the item (a small stamp on the label up near the top (i.e. 2B3461). If the product is defective, we will gladly send you a replacement right away, freight prepaid.
Please note that in the case of warranty claims, we may ask you to hold on to the product pending direction from the manufacturer (who may want it back for inspection). We will usually make this determination within 7 days. In the event that we would like the product back, we will provide you with shipping instructions, a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and we will cover the freight.
