Keep Your System Working Optimally:
We recommend changing this filter on an annual basis or when the flow rate becomes inconveniently slow. Our water quality is changing all the time. Even if you have your water tested, that is just a snapshot on that particular day, so don't be surprised if the frequency of cartridge change fluctuates from one year to the next; this is normal.
What matters most is knowing that regardless of the water quality going into the water filter, the quality coming out will always be the same. This is the promise that Everpure delivers on and that is why it is so important to only buy a water filter that is third party tested and certified by NSF. Without NSF, the manufacturer can make whatever claims they want.
All Everpure residential systems and cartridges include a Time strip filter monitor to remind you when it's time to replace the cartridge. Remember to buy only genuine Everpure replacement cartridges to maintain your warranty.
NSF Certification:
This drinking water system is third party tested and certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for Std. 42 & 53. Please refer to the system spec sheet for a detailed listing of NSF certifications. Standard 53 is the most important as it certifies for the removal of parasitic cysts, such as Cryptosporidium, and Lead. Read more about NSF.

Shipping & Returns
The U.S. Govt. has removed the De Minimis exemption which allowed most imports to enter the U.S. duty free up to a value of U$800.00.
Most of our products fall under the USMCA agreement, which means they should continue to be duty free.
We prepare the paperwork and procedures required to facilitate their entry duty free into the US under USMCA. Once completed, UPS takes over and there may be some delays as UPS works with Customs & Border Control.
It is very important to understand that these disruptions can result in significant delivery delays by UPS, which we cannot influence.
Efilters will reimburse you for any duties that you may have to pay on orders from our website. We will also fully refund you for any orders that we are unable to process. We expect this to be a temporary situation and thank you for your patience and support during these challenging times.

For all US orders, we ship using UPS Courier, which is a proven carrier ensuring prompt and reliable delivery. We do not use the US Postal Service.
After you add all your items to the shopping cart, you will be able to select your state to calculate your shipping costs. And remember, when your order exceeds $100, shipping is free.

When will my order arrive?
The arrival date of your order depends on: 1) the day your order was processed and 2) your location. All orders within the Continental U.S.A. are shipped via UPS Ground. Delivery times range from 3 days to 6 business days depending on your location in the U.S.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you the UPS Tracking #.
You can track the status of your order from the UPS.Com website by using the tracking #. If your order has not been delivered by the anticipated arrival date, please contact us with your Order Confirmation Number and we will be happy to trace your package.
Returns:
If you have made an ordering boo-boo, you have 60 minutes to cancel your order.
If you realize that you have ordered the wrong product, after receiving it, please connect with us within 30 days of your purchase. We will gladly make an exchange for you. We will provide you with a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and details for shipment to us. We will require you to return the original product in its original condition and packaging, freight prepaid.
If you would prefer a credit, after receiving the product to our facility and inspection, we will issue a product purchase refund, less any shipping charges, customs fees, brokerage fees and taxes on those items that we incur on either the initial sale or the return shipment. The returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
We will contact you with a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and details for shipment to us.
Please include in your package:
- The returned item(s) in their original condition and packaging
- Your Name, address and telephone number
- The RGA # return authorization number

Our Guarantee
Everpure Heads & Manifolds come with a five-year manufacturer’s warranty against factory defects; replacement cartridges have a one-year warranty.
Factory defects do not include short filter life or low water pressure issues. A leaking cartridge is considered to be a factory defect.
Please allow us a few days to submit your warranty claim to Everpure. All warranty claims require Everpure's approval.
If you have a warranty issue, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please describe the problem and provide the production code from the item (a small stamp on the label up near the top (i.e. 2B3461). If the product is determined to be defective, we will gladly send you a replacement right away, freight prepaid.
Please note that in the case of warranty claims, we may ask you to hold on to the product pending direction from Everpure (who may want it back for inspection). We will usually make this determination within 7 days. In the event that we would like the product back, we will provide you with shipping instructions, a return goods authorization number (RGA#) and we will cover the freight.
