We recommend changing this filter on an annual basis or when the flow rate becomes inconveniently slow. Our water quality is changing all the time. Even if you have your water tested, that is just a snapshot on that particular day, so don't be surprised if the frequency of cartridge change fluctuates from one year to the next; this is normal.

I’ve had the same filter system for over 30 years. Only thing I’ve replaced have been the two filters. I also have it attached to the refrigerator ice maker. This is my second refrigerator and never have I had to change the filters on them. Even when I told the installer he said with my system changing filters for the refrigerator won’t be needed. So far that’s correct.
Found you online and this is my second or third purchase from you. After looking around I found you to be the most reasonable on the price for my filters. Thanks for your updates when you are having a sale too. Ken

Water just stopped flowing
I installed these filters 3 days ago. Quick and easy delivery. Easy to install. They worked great for 3 days. Then suddenly water just stopped running. I contacted customer service. Haven’t heard back yet!
